 What are the delivery options?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £50 and 2 delivery options:

Standard Delivery (2-3 days) - £3.99

Express Delivery (Next Day) - £5.99  ---- Currently Suspended ----

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible, within 24hrs and the average delivery time for standard tracked delivery is 2-3 days.

Our fastest shipping option is next day, via our express tracked delivery, orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day and if express is the chosen shipping method your treats will arrive next day!

Can I order multiple pouches to different addresses?

We can only apply one shipping address per order, so Unfortunately if you wanted different pouches to go to different addresses the orders would need to be placed
separately.

Do you do bulk / Corporate orders?

Yes! We offer bulk services to our customers for events.

What is the best before on your sweets?

We advise our customers to consume within 4 weeks of receiving them.

But we all know they won’t last that long!

Do you offer a Vegan Range?

We are working on a vegan pick your own mix!

Alternatively, you can search all sweets using the filter.

How can I contact you about my order?

Can I cancel my order?

Providing your order has not already been picked and packed you may be able to cancel your order.  You will need to contact us via email at info@warnerssweets.co.uk (within 2 hours of placing your order) and we will provide you with an email confirmation of any order cancellations.
